Franck Priot
CEO of Ghosts City Films & Ghosts City
Creator of Ghosts City Films and Ghosts City, Franck Priot has worked in film and audiovisual industry in France and all over the world, for over 30 years.
From 1988 to 2000, Franck Priot worked as a film critic and reporter, in TV and print, from Vivendi channel TLT on which he had his own tv show, to Première, Libération, or Les Cahiers du Cinéma. In 2000, he joined the professional weekly Ecran Total for which he reported on international film sales and published financing plans analysis.
These years as a reporter have led to the interview of hundreds of creators including James Cameron, Raymond Depardon, Terry Gilliam, David Cronenberg, Claude Sautet, Jean-Marie Straub, Jean Marais, François Périer, Claude Berri, Jash Johar, Jackie Chan, George Lucas, Luc Besson, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Johnny Haliday.
In 2005, he became Chief Operating Officer of Film France, the French Film Commission, and was a leading force in the implementation of the French Tax Rebate for International Production. He also defined and initiated a policy of international promotion of France as a shooting destination. In this function, he was for ten years the main entry-point of the studios of Hollywood, India or China for their productions in France, as (among hundreds) Midnight in Paris by Woody Allen, the franchises Despicable Me and Hunger Games or Chinese Zodiac by Jackie Chan.
Franck is also vice-chairman of the European association Bridging the Dragon, supported by Creative Europe, which facilitates collaborations between European and Chinese producers.
Ye Shu
COO of Ghosts City & Ghosts City Films
Working in Chinese cinema for 15 years, Shu Ye began his career as an editor and sound designer, working with leading Chinese directors such as Tsui Hark, Zhang Yimou, Teng Huatao, and Zhang Yibai. Seven Swords and The Curse of the Golden Flower, in which she participated were nominated for best sound at HK Awards and at the Golden Reel Awards.
After a Master's at the Sorbonne in Paris in Economics and Film Marketing obtained in 2012, she was involved in many French-Chinese collaborations.
In 2011, she began working with distributor Beijing United Power to acquire American or European films for China, such as The King’s Speech by Tob Hooper. Based in Beijing, she produces series for internet platforms or Chinese channels shot in France or China.
She is now producing and/or line-producing movies and series, in France, China, and Taiwan. Among her movie credits is Salli by LIEN Chien-hung, which premiered at Busan festival in 2023, and King Baby, first revealed at Rotterdam IFFR in 2024. Her series Night Cat Express was selected by Canneseries in 2022.

Jacqueline Ben Loulou
Financial controler
Jacqueline has more experience than all of us put together, since she was already financial controler for (cult movie) Diva by Jean-Jacques Beineix, or Luis Bunuel’s latest films at the end of the Seventies.
Jacqueline also an enormous experience in foreign productions shot in France. Also, a visual artist, she only makes projects that she likes. And when she doesn’t participate in our productions, she joins adventures like Ridley Scott’s The Last Duel...
Ghosts City in India
Deborah Benattar lives in Mumbai where she founded her company in 2013, La Fabrique de Films, after 10 years working in the offices of the film and television branches of the French embassies in Ukraine, Czechoslovakia and India.
She represents Ghosts City to Indian producers and also helps to produce French films for their filming in India.

Sao Mai Nguyen Ngoc
Ghosts City in Vietnam
Born in Da Nang, Sao Mai is based in Vietnam’s audiovisual center, Ho Chi Minh City, working as an assistant director. She studied direction at HCMV University.
Since 2023, she has represented Ghosts City in Vietnam, for convincing movie and series producers to come shoot in France. She speaks fluently French, English, and Vietnamese.
